Where is Esplanade Brand located?
We are located in the South Bay of Los Angeles, CA. All of our products are designed and printed here, in between beach days of course.
Where do your orders ship from and how much is shipping?
Orders are shipped directly from us in Torrance via USPS. Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99, or FREE on orders $75+
Can I buy Esplanade in any stores?

Do you offer local pickup?
Yep! Write "local pickup" in the order notes and we will email you when your order is ready. Once you pick it up, we will refund your shipping!
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders ship in 3-5 business days.
Why was my order cancelled?
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What is your return/ exchange policy?
If there is an issue with an order, please email us at esplanadebrandco@gmail.com asap so we can make it right!
Exchanges or store credit are available for unused products that are returned within 7 days of receipt. We do not provide return labels for exchanged items. Please contact us to start the exchange process.
On the same note, please check the sizing before ordering! Many of the apparel items on this site are unisex sizing. Here is a unisex t-shirt size chart for your reference:

Why does my order look different than the website?
Images for apparel may differ from actual product - all computer screens, phone screens and other tablet screens will show different colors. Also, please note that the size and scale of the graphic depends on the size you order. For instance, if you order a SM, the graphic will show larger and if you order an XL, the graphic will be smaller because of the size of the fabric.
