Refund policy

RETURNS:
We accept returns of unwashed/ unworn items within 14 days of receipt in exchange for store credit. You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item.

If you have a question about a damaged or defective order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at esplanadebrandco@gmail.com with your order number. In some cases, we will require a photo of the damaged item so we can file a claim with the shipping service.

Please check the sizing before ordering - many of the apparel items on this site are unisex sizing. Please also note that products may vary slightly - this is common.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:
Images for apparel may differ from actual product - all computer screens, phone screens and other tablet screens will show different colors. Also, please note that the size and scale of the graphic depends on the size you order. For instance, if you order a SM, the graphic will show larger and if you order an XL, the graphic will be smaller because of the size of the fabric.

If you are submitting professional photographs you agree that you are the photographer or have obtained a release of copyright from the photographer.

Please remember that color varies on monitors and printers and can never be truly matched.
